PRIME location near EVERYTHING!
prime location convenient walk plentiful restaurants
I walked from the main train station to this great place. It was only five minutes. I discovered SO many restaurants just a short walk away (this was a HUGE bonus!). The location is seriously awesome.
The building is older so a few things are not modern, though it gives it character.

The staff are helpful and friendly. They even offered me a Swiss power adapter since I forgot to bring one. I REALLY appreciated this personal touch. It.

The room was serviceable and the bathroom was clean. The bed was good and comfortable. I was able to rest easily after LONG days of exploring the city. The rooms were also quiet.

The hotel is near a BIG supermarket and a tram station. I found it easy to get around and purchase anything I needed. I got very comfortable, so this place is AMAZING.

fantastic location nearby funicular pedestrian street corner shops
the location was fantastic. i was right next to the funicular that everyone recommended. it was also just around the corner from a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. i liked how close i was to everything.
my room was a bit small and dated.

The hotel is close to the central tram station. The central train station is also within a short walk, about ten minutes. The room was very comfy and tidy. The staff was friendly.
The hotel lacked conditioner, there was only shampoo provided.

the room was modern and a good size. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. i was able to store my bag until check-in.
the room was small! also, there was no air conditioning but there was a fan. because the room was small and hot, i left the window open all night. it was near the main road and i could hear cars.
